The 3rd man results are updated every
2 hours in your VSP Admin area. If your transaction is less
than 2 hours old, you will need to wait until the results
are sent back from The 3rd man.
If your transaction is older than 2 hours, there may have
been an issue with the data being sent to or from The 3rd
man.
(As The 3rd Man is an independent company from Protx
we cannot always guarantee the results will be sent back)
If you believe there is a problem with results not appearing,
you can contact our
Support
team. Alternatively, you can contact The 3rd Man directly
for individual transactions missing 3rd Man results. Please
