PLEASE NOTE - these guidelines are ONLY for the inputting of information and setting up the cart with regards to Protx; please contact the AspDotNetStorefront Support Team for any further cart information.

General Integration Guidelines

1. All information needed to setup AspDotNetStorefront to integrate with Protx is entered AspDotNetStorefront admin area. Once you are in your admin area please click the "Run Configuration Wizard" button as shown in the below screenshot below.

2. Select ProtX as your Payment Gateway and click Submit.

Note: The default Transaction Mode is AUTH which will send DEFERRED requests to ProtX. If you want to send PAYMENT requests, then change the Transaction Mode to AUTH CAPTURE as shown in screenshot below.

3. Navigate back to the main admin home page and click Gateway Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

4. Once on the Gateway Settings page, set the value of the ProtX.Vendor appconfig variable to the value supplied by ProtX and save the setting (see screenshot below). This value should ALWAYS be set as your Protx Vendor Name.

Click Reset Cache button at the top of the page.

N.B. If you want to test using the Protx Simulator facility, set ProtX.UseSimulator to TRUE.

If you want to use 3D Secure processing, set the 3DSecure.CreditCardTypeIDs appconfig variable as indicated in its description.
