The Protx Customer Management Services system (CMS) has been designed to make the administration of your Protx account as fast and easy as possible. Previously, making basic changes to your Protx account required you to email the support team who would then make these changes. The rationale behind CMS is to allow you to make these types of changes to your account yourself, instantly.
The Protx CMS system makes it possible for you to perform a variety of functions against your account such as changing your billing details, setting up or modifying your Direct Debit details, viewing your account statement and printing off invoices.
In the near future, the CMS system will expand to allow you to manage your vendor accounts much more effectively, allowing you to change the currencies and card types you support, switch various fraud prevention options on or off, manage your contact details, and so on. There will also be an additional suite of functions specifically for Protx Partners, which will include the ability to upload logos, view reports on referral statistics and commission payments, and view account statements.
