When using Roman Cart, you will be required to access the Roman cart settings in order to provide a number of details into the correct areas.

• Your 'VSP Vendor name', supplied by Protx (myProtxVendorName).


• Your 'Encryption Password', supplied by Protx (MyProtxEncryptionPwd).

You can then adjust more generic settings such as Test/Live mode, if you wish for a confirmation email to be sent to either yourself as a merchant or the shopper. You can also adjust the 'Payment' type from within this config panel. Be sure to check with Protx if you are unsure about which payment types your account is setup for. To add Protx as a Payment Method on RomanCart

Please follow the steps below, also using the screenshot below as a guide

1. On the RomanCart Web Control Panel, navigate to 'Configure Cart'/'Setup Payment Methods'.



2. Select 'Protx' from the drop down list and click on 'Add New Method'.



3. Click on the 'Configure' icon for Protx.



4. Enter the configuration information supplied by Protx and select the options you require.



5. That's it! Your cart is now ready to accept payments through Protx.
